JOIVY Together Florence Urban Resort

Everything was perfect . The location was a little bit far from the center but we knew that beforehand so it wasnt really an issue. The hotel provides with transport to and from center. The breakfast was great, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff was helpful and attentive to all our requests. We stayed for one night only but we’ll definitely go back :)

This was the the perfect family hotel located on the outskirts of Florence, we traveled as a family with 2 children aged 9&15, property is about 8 mins drive from the centre, the swimming pool was just perfect after arriving during the heatwave, allowed us and the children a chance to reset from exploring the city. Stylish decor in a glam art deco style , junior suite was great for families , the breakfast was plentiful and well worth dining in the restaurant in the evening if fancying an escape from the city, it’s very good value with discount offered to hotel resident’s . The staff are attentive and friendly and go the extra mile

We had difficult finding the place and my GPS didn’t recognized it but we called the front desk and Sofia was amazing she guided us while we were walking and we were able to arrive . Speaking about Sofia, she was amazing; she helped us a lot with info etc she made us fell very welcome . This place has a shuttle to the Center and the driver is super nice. I forgot to mention about the breakfast its super amazing. I definitely will come back. The pool looks very nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

We loved everything about this property! A perfect urban retreat. Not close to Florence centre but anyone who looks on the maps can work that out before they book/stay. We had a car so it was perfect for us! The rooms were so modern and lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast room again was so modern and there were lots of breakfast options (more on the continental side). We loved that the hotel had a small pool, perfect for a quick dip or to relax after a day exploring. Also lots of outside areas to relax in the hotel.

I had a great stay at your hotel. I especially appreciated being allowed to check in early after a long journey — it was incredibly convenient and made a big difference in helping me rest and recharge. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. Thank you for your excellent service and hospitality. I’ll definitely recommend your hotel and look forward to returning on my next trip.
